James aims to call you back the same day during working hours and can usually get out to look within a few days. If the roof is actively letting water in, say so when you get in touch and it gets moved up the list.

No. We are a domestic roofing outfit and we will tell you that straight away rather than quote for something outside what we do. If you are after a commercial flat roof or an industrial job, you want a firm set up for it.
It depends what the job is. A tiled re-roof carries 18 to 20 years, a flat roof carries 15 years and that one is insurance backed, and repairs carry 7 to 9 years depending on the work. Whichever applies to your job is confirmed in writing rather than promised verbally.
Sometimes you will get a figure on the day, but the quote you can hold us to comes through by email, and James follows it up to check it arrived. That way the number has actually been worked out rather than guessed on a ladder.
Where the job needs it, yes, and it is priced in rather than sprung on you later. Plenty of repairs are a ladder and a roof ladder job; a re-roof is not.
Ring rather than fill the form in if water is coming in. We cannot promise a same-day visit every time, but we will tell you honestly when we can get to you and what to do in the meantime to limit the damage.
Most domestic re-roofs are a matter of days rather than weeks, and you get a realistic programme with the quote. The strip-off is the messy part, the waste goes as it comes off, and the site gets cleared at the end.
